All European Honors Program (EHP) Spring 2020 accepted students must attend in person.

The Pre-Departure Meeting will cover:

• Live check-in, introduction, and welcome from Team in Rome
• RISD Support for students while abroad
• Student expectations and responsibilities
• Health and Safety practices
• TITLE IX and consent while abroad
• Mental wellness while abroad
• Medical insurance overview
• Visa application overview
