Have a longer question to discuss or just want more information? Booking a 30-minute 1:1 advising session is easy. Click the link below, select a time that is convenient for you, and complete the booking form. Prior to your appointment, you will receive an email on how to connect via Zoom with us. How do I join my 1:1 advising appointment on Zoom?

Prior to your scheduled appointment you will receive an email and GCal invite from our office with a Zoom link to join the call.

Instructions for Joining a Zoom Meeting Via Computer, Tablet, or Mobile Phone:

At your scheduled appointment time, click the link listed as the "location" of your advising appointment in your Google Calendar appointment invitation. This is a personalized meeting link that will connect you with RISD Global for the advising meeting.
If you haven't already, download and install OR open Zoom
Select to join the meeting using 'Computer' audio. (You may test your audio if you wish as well).
Select 'Start Video' if you wish to be seen via webcam during the meeting.

If you prefer to conduct your advising session over the phone, simply state so in your appointment booking form.
